Fixed Deposit

Fixed deposits are popular and conventional banking product which allows depositors capital security and a certain amount ofincome at the rate of interest prevailing at the time of deposit. The interest can be withdrawn monthly, quarterly or on maturity.The period of deposit generally range from 15 days to 60 months. Loan facility is also available against the security of the fixed deposit receipt.

Recurring Deposit

Recurring deposit allows the depositor to earn a fixed maturity amount by regular monthly deposit over a stipulated period of months. The deposit can be started with a minimum amount of Rs. 100.

A special deposit scheme designed especially for the children below 5 years where the scheme is aimed at providing long term capital growth for the deposit which can be used for the higher education of the children. The scheme can be opened either as recurring deposit or fixed deposit.
